Training and Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to lead our team of trainers and training coordinators. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on employee performance and drive business success.

About the Role
  • Lead and mentor a team of trainers and training coordinators to ensure they meet performance and delivery standards.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with operations, quality, and HR teams to drive continuous improvement in employee performance.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, update, and maintain training materials, modules, and assessments for process and product training.
  • Deliver new hire training (NHT), refresher sessions, and ongoing skill development programs.
  • Utilize various training methodologies, including e-learning, classroom training, and hands-on simulations.
  • Communicate training impact and business needs to senior management.
