Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled YouTube operations specialist to lead the growth and optimization of our YouTube channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of YouTube's algorithms, as well as experience in managing day-to-day content publishing, optimization, and community engagement.

This role involves working closely with video editors, scriptwriters, and storytelling teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns with our broader content and campaign strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing all aspects of the YouTube channel's operations.
  • Uploading, scheduling, and publishing video content with SEO-driven titles, tags, and descriptions.
  • Monitoring channel analytics and providing insights to improve performance.
  • Creating and updating playlists, thumbnails, and end screens to enhance viewer navigation and retention.
  • Moderating and responding to viewer comments, fostering a positive community.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing YouTube channels, preferably for a content-driven organization.
