Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive new business acquisition and manage relationships with existing clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to target corporate clients and showcasing the ROI of our service offerings.
Your primary focus will be on securing new business accounts through effective lead generation, client engagement, and service positioning. You will also lead negotiations to secure profitable, competitive contracts that align with company objectives.
In addition, you will ensure contracts include relevant clauses to safeguard the company's interests and client satisfaction. Your ability to tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each client will be crucial in building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to target corporate clients and showcase the ROI of our service offerings
- Secure new business accounts through effective lead generation, client engagement, and service positioning

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Graduate/Postgraduate degree with 7-10 years of experience in Institutional Sales
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Domain expertise in employee transportation or corporate mobility services
- Industry knowledge and familiarity with key decision-makers and industry contacts
- Networking skills to build and leverage relationships with local operations teams
- Financial acumen to understand operational costs, revenue models, and client profitability dynamics
