Job Title: Business Development Director

Tec Tigers is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Director to drive outbound sales initiatives and acquire new clients for our IT services. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying potential business opportunities, building relationships, and achieving sales targets through various strategies.

About the Role:
  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to present Tec Tigers' IT services and solutions.
  • Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and create a pipeline of high-value opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive outbound sales efforts to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to identify their IT needs.
  • Represent Tec Tigers professionally in all interactions, ensuring a positive brand image.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, outbound sales, or a related role in the IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Basic understanding of IT services, solutions, and industry trends.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Bonus Structure: Eligible for a performance-based bonus up to 20% of annual salary.
