Business Development Director for IT Services

The Business Development Director for IT Services will be responsible for driving the growth of BONbLOC's Software products and Services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers, and develop targeted strategies to penetrate those markets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify and prospect potential clients, build relationships, and lead the sales process to acquire new customers.
- Understand client needs and pain points, and tailor product offerings to address their specific requirements.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant organizations.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing and sales initiatives, driving mutual growth and expanding our reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on our products and services.
- Regularly communicate with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for more business.
- Minimum of a master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 5+ years in business development, Sales, and significant experience in bringing new IT Services customers.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
- Ability to quickly learn and understand cutting-edge technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- An aptitude for research and analysis; knowledge of US Business and market is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for business as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software required for the role.
