Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our Senior Managers in India. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing correspondence. They will also be required to maintain accurate records, handle confidential information, and ensure seamless communication between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Senior Managers: Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements: Booking flights, hotels, and other logistics, as well as arranging visas and other necessary documentation.
- Manage correspondence: Drafting emails, letters, and reports, as well as maintaining accurate records of communications.
- Maintain confidentiality: Handling sensitive information, both verbally and in writing, and ensuring that all data is kept secure.
- Ensure effective communication: Coordinating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in administrative roles: Providing support to senior managers, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence.
- Excellent communication skills: Verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as other software applications relevant to the role.
- Experience with Concur expense management tool: An added advantage.
- Hindi language proficiency: Essential.
