Lagata is seeking a seasoned Senior Corporate Administrator to oversee the smooth operation of its corporate office in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of various administrative functions, including hotel and flight bookings, immigration and visa processes, expat housing and maintenance, coordination with business heads, transportation management, management meetings, and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hotel and Flight Booking Management:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in coordinating and overseeing the booking process for hotels and flights for employees, guests, and executives, while ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company travel policies.

  • Ensure timely and efficient booking arrangements for all stakeholders.
  • Handle any issues or emergencies related to bookings promptly and effectively.

Immigration and Visa Management:

The selected individual will be responsible for managing the immigration and visa processes for employees, visitors, and expatriates, staying updated on immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance, and facilitating the smooth entry and exit of personnel across borders.

Expat Housing and Maintenance:

The successful candidate will coordinate housing arrangements for expatriate employees, including finding suitable accommodations and managing leases, overseeing maintenance and upkeep of expat housing to ensure comfort and safety, and addressing any housing-related concerns or emergencies promptly.

The selected individual will act as a liaison between the corporate office and various business units' heads, facilitating communication and collaboration on administrative matters, addressing administrative needs and concerns raised by business heads, and supporting senior management with ad-hoc administrative requests and projects.

Transportation Management:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for travel management and office administration.
  • Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations is desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
