We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our team at Unbend Martech.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position requiring 2+ years of experience in HR, Recruitment, and Administration.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, ensuring smooth HR operations, and handling administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads for final rounds.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports.
HR Responsibilities:
  • Oversee onboarding processes, including orientation programs and training sessions for new hires.
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Monitor and update HR policies in line with labor laws and company requirements.
  • Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances in a professional manner.
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of office supplies.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and scheduling for employees as needed.
  • Ensure the workplace complies with health, safety, and security standards.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, and administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS/HRIS tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum.
