About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience and a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, converting leads into sales opportunities.
- Build, maintain, and update databases for calling and mailing campaigns.
- Proactively engage with potential customers and follow up regularly with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the team to improve and refine existing products, providing valuable feedback for product enhancements.
- Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the business.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years of Inside Sales experience.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the Fitness, Healthcare, Wellness, Sports, or Fitness Wearables industry will be a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree is required (MBA is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets, with a go-getter attitude and a passion for closing deals.
- Strong attention to detail, perseverance, and motivation to succeed in a high-growth environment.
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently, while also being a strong team player.
