Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Global Revenue Management Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing all revenue processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support sales proposals and contract entry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to drive financial performance improvement.
  • Partner with Client Service to support sales proposal and contract entry by Client Service, clarify USGAAP Stat rules and contract interpretation, and where necessary provide training.
  • Work closely with local FP A and Finance Business Partner to provide clarity on orders and contracts, revenue, billing, and receivables, and credit management.
  • Collaborate with wider teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and guide on contract variations.
  • Evaluate and ensure revenue closing activities, including accruals, provisions, and reconciliations, are appropriate and accurate and are performed in accordance with US-GAAP Stat rules.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of revenue accounting and experience in finance, preferably within a multinational environment.
  • Excellent finance team leading skills and knowledge in financial systems such as SAP, HFM, and Onestream.
  • Experience with finance processes, some legal contract exposure, and ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
