Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Facilities and Administration Specialist to join our team in this exciting opportunity. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks according to PPM schedules
  • Attending TT calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair works
  • Coordinating with vendors for systems under warranty or AMC
  • Conducting energy consumption readings
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting conveyor systems, electrical, and mechanical
  • Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials
  • Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components (photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, and encoders)
  • Supporting production by working in a safe and customer-focused manner
  • Performing minor refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, fittings, and equipment, fixed furniture, and OPS equipment (trolleys, cages, carts)
  • Conducting regular fire alarm and fire extinguisher checks
  • Maintaining, oiling, and greasing of carts, trolleys, pumps, and rolling shutters
  • Attending regular electrical works
  • Issuing height work and hot work permits
  • Performing minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls
  • Providing daily reports on TT closures and open cases, as well as RCA
  • Updating tools inventory
  • Maintaining PPM schedules
  • Ensuring soft services activities, such as pest control, housekeeping, scrap, and garbage disposal, are completed
  • Handling agency staff and overall shift management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Controls, and Instrumentation
