Job Overview

We seek an experienced Facilities and Administration Executive to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end facility and administration operations, ensuring a safe, secure, and conducive working environment for employees.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Facility Management: Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including security, transport, budgeting, compliance, and process management.
  2. Safety and Security: Ensure a safe and secure working environment with zero facility downtime.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of administrative staff and third-party service providers.
  4. Travel and Logistics: Handle travel and logistics management independently or with support from the broader admin org.
  5. Vendor Management: Monitor vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and manage invoices.
  6. Office Maintenance: Manage all facility functions, including office maintenance, housekeeping, transportation, security services, and office build-outs.
  7. Compliance: Drive compliance with statutory norms and internal policies; prepare for audits and ensure smooth functioning.
  8. Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  9. Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of all employee and client information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-10 years of experience in facilities and administration management, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong people management, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
  • Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently handle emergencies and day-to-day operations.
  • Proactive problem solver who thrives in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations, vendor ecosystems, and statutory compliance specific to the Gurugram region.
