Administrative Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment. They will be responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and conducive working environment for employees with zero facility downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative staff and third-party service providers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Monitor vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and manage invoices to achieve high-quality service delivery within defined timelines.
- Develop and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
