Enterprise Business Development Leader

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Business Development Leader to drive our sales strategy in Chennai. With a focus on Security Solutions, this role will play a critical part in expanding our customer base.
Based in Chennai, this full-time position requires the candidate to work from the office, 5 days a week.
The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B Sales/Corporate Sales, with a strong understanding of business development strategies and solution offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute overall business development plans to target high-potential customers
- Lead account planning for zones, utilizing market information and existing client data
- Establish relationships with key clients through various channels, including cold calls and referrals
- Collaborate with the Sales Head to set sales and revenue targets at the zonal level
- Monitor progress against sales plans and provide regular updates
- Provide leadership to the sales team, including career planning, performance evaluations, feedback, coaching, and guidance
Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
