
Regional Sales Director

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the Middle East and Africa region.
This is a strategic role that requires a strong understanding of the regional market and the ability to develop and execute business plans that deliver results.
- Establish and scale business footprint in Middle East and Africa region by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
- Diversify exports by building customer base among utilities and Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) companies.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth in specialty cables (Low Voltage, Medium Voltage, High Voltage, Extra High Voltage) by developing and executing targeted sales strategies.
Represent company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order execution.
Opportunity to lead sales for Middle East and Africa region and work with an industry leader.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 10 years of experience in international export sales within electrical products, cables, or power equipment.
- Proven ability to handle annual business turnover of INR 100 Cr.
- Strong exposure to working with utility companies, EPC contractors, and electrical utilities in Middle East and Africa.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Engineering technical qualification preferred; MBA is an added advantage.
