Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Zonal Business Manager.

  • Develop regional sales strategies, dealer management plans, and development initiatives to meet yearly objectives.
  • Expand customer base by developing new key accounts.
  • Manage customer relationships and influencers through established systems and procedures.
  • Ensure timely billing and collection from debtors.
  • Manage key opinion leaders in the region.
  • Implement inventory control measures to reduce obsolete stocks and slow-moving items.
  • Develop channel distribution strategies and ensure timely reporting from dealers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of sales and marketing experience in medical consumables products, preferably in infusion/vascular/critical care portfolios.
  • Experience in people management, sales management, channel management, and key account management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.
  • Able to work collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional environment.
