Job Overview

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth through strategic merchant partnerships and team leadership.

  • Grow our offline merchant network by acquiring and servicing key accounts in your assigned territory.
  • Lead a high-performing team of 8-10 Business Development Executives/Regional Territory Leads to excel in sales performance and achieve ambitious targets.
  • Monitor competition and ensure brand visibility via impactful promotional and below-the-line activities.
  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring timely payout closures, audits, and team engagement.

Key Responsibilities

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting, onboarding, and providing ongoing training to front-line sales teams to optimize their performance.
  • Building strong relationships with merchants and proactively managing escalations to maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Analyzing sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and providing continuous coaching to the team to drive improvement.
  • Motivating the team with effective communication on incentives and performance schemes to boost morale and productivity.
