We're Hiring – Regional Sales Head
Location: Delhi NCR
Reports To: Director
Overview
The Regional Sales Head will lead business growth for Fusion Furnish in the assigned region. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on sales leader who can manage client relationships, drive new business acquisition, close large-value deals, and mentor the business development team.
What you'll do
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities across corporates, architects, PMCs, and contractors.
- Ensure healthy sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and consistent order booking.
Client Engagement & Closures
- Lead negotiations and presentations with senior decision-makers (CXOs, Admin Heads, Procurement Teams).
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business.
- Represent Fusion Furnish at trade events, exhibitions, and industry networking platforms.
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and mentor Business Development Executives in lead generation and client interaction.
- Set clear targets, review performance, and ensure disciplined reporting.
- Collaborate with design/estimation teams for timely proposals and accurate BOQs.
Coordination & Process Management
- Work closely with CRM Executive for proposals, quotations, drawings, and pro forma invoices.
- Track project progress from inquiry to order closure and ensure smooth handover to operations team.
- Maintain updated records of prospects, opportunities, and deals in CRM/Excel trackers.
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
- Recommend new strategies for market penetration and brand positioning in the region.
What we are looking for
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred).
- 7–12 years of B2B sales experience (office furniture, interiors, building materials, or allied industries).
- Strong network of corporates, architects, and PMCs in the region.
- Proven track record in closing large-value deals (₹50L–₹2Cr+).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally with design, operations, and finance.
- Hands-on attitude with willingness to travel extensively within the region.
