Roles and Responsibilities
Our sales strategy involves setting up and running the business of Prime Loan against Property (LAP) for assigned regions. We define regional strategies, plan and execute them to achieve regional level goals. We identify channels for sourcing business leads and sign up with them. Allocation of geography at team level is also our responsibility. We work closely with team members on geography mapping and review progress at regular intervals.
Relationship management with key stakeholders, DSA, connector partners and individuals is crucial. We work jointly with teams on sales pitches to agencies and customers. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and create a culture of customer satisfaction across all levels within the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
1. Defining regional sales plans and executing them
2. Identifying and signing up new business leads
3. Allocating geography at team level and working with team members
4. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, DSA, connector partners and individuals
5. Providing inputs to parallel functions such as HR, Risk, Operations and CC
