Sales Development Role
Our company is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead the charge on new logo acquisition in an enterprise sales motion.
- Identify and close new Group of Institutions through targeted outreach, discovery, demo, negotiation, and closure.
- Build strong relationships with Principals, Management, and Trustees through email, LinkedIn, and call outreach with tailored messaging.
- Drive urgency and decision-making with compelling ROI-based storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning full sales cycle from lead generation to Enterprise Customers.
- Collaborating with Account Management team for smooth handoff post-sale.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2–6 years experience in B2B SaaS sales (EdTech background preferred).
- Proven track record of closing deals through outbound efforts.
- Confident presenter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation Package:
- Competitive salary structure with variable payout tied to Quarterly Quota attainment.
