Sales Development Role

Our company is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead the charge on new logo acquisition in an enterprise sales motion.

  • Identify and close new Group of Institutions through targeted outreach, discovery, demo, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build strong relationships with Principals, Management, and Trustees through email, LinkedIn, and call outreach with tailored messaging.
  • Drive urgency and decision-making with compelling ROI-based storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning full sales cycle from lead generation to Enterprise Customers.
  • Collaborating with Account Management team for smooth handoff post-sale.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2–6 years experience in B2B SaaS sales (EdTech background preferred).
  • Proven track record of closing deals through outbound efforts.
  • Confident presenter with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation Package:

  • Competitive salary structure with variable payout tied to Quarterly Quota attainment.
