Job Description:

We are hiring Enterprise Sales Managers to lead B2B sales in hyperlocal & quick commerce. You will acquire enterprise clients, build strategic partnerships, and deliver customised delivery solutions in a fast-paced, tech-enabled ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify & acquire enterprise clients (FMCG, Retail, F&B, Pharma, etc.)
- Build & manage sales pipeline, achieve revenue targets
- Negotiate & close high-value deals
- Collaborate with product & operations teams for client-specific solutions
- Ensure client onboarding, SLA adherence, and retention
- Track market trends & competitors for new opportunities

Key Skills & Requirements:

- 5+ years of B2B/Enterprise sales experience (logistics, e-commerce, hyperlocal, quick commerce preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation & client management skills
- Knowledge of last-mile delivery & tech-enabled supply chains
- Proficiency in CRM tools & Excel

Preferred: Experience with large enterprises in FMCG, QSR, Healthcare, E-commerce; startup exposure; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
