Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Sales Executive to lead our strategic initiatives in India, targeting large companies across various industries.

Your role will involve identifying and researching territories, developing a go-to-market strategy, and creating a qualified target account list within 30 days. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by selling Salesforce solutions into enterprise accounts, handling the entire sales process, and ensuring delivery against key performance metrics.

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals, consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals, and strong technical competence. Additionally, you should have experience selling to C-Level and across both IT and business units to customers in the West Market of India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into enterprise accounts and within an assigned geographical or vertical market.
  • Territory identification and research to formalize a go-to-market territory strategy and create a qualified target account list within 30 days.
  • Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge/resourcefulness.
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s).
  • Engage with prospect organizations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, business-case definition, value analysis, references, and analyst data.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process through the engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of enterprise solution sales experience selling CRM, ERP, or similar.
  • A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals.
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills.
  • Experience selling to C-Level and across both IT and business units to customers - Enterprise Customers in the West Market of India.
