We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill this key position. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in sales and account management, with a deep understanding of the Indian market.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Key Account Sales Manager - Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for leading our Enterprise team and developing strategies to drive sales in existing and new companies.
- Lead the Enterprise sales team to achieve assigned KPIs.
- Recruit, develop, and coach direct sales team members to ensure they meet respective KPIs.
- Coordinate with all departments to meet business vertical needs and maintain relationships with key clients.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in Enterprise sales.
- Proven experience managing relationships with C-level executives.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and self-motivation with high energy levels.
