Drive Revenue Growth as a Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to spearhead our Enterprise IT Services Sales team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Owning and driving the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Building deep relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Collaborating with inside sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to create winning proposals
  • Negotiating pricing, contracts, and managing account profitability
  • Attending industry events and representing our organization at relevant forums
  • Executing strategic partnerships for growth and expansion
  • Developing and implementing account mining and farming strategies post-deal

Essential Skills:

  • Proven track record of exceeding 4 crore annual sales
  • Deep domain expertise in BFSI, FinTech, and digital financial services
  • Strong proposal, pricing, and negotiation capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
  • Understanding of QA processes and IT services landscape
