
Enterprise IT Services Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to spearhead our Enterprise IT Services Sales team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
- Owning and driving the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Building deep relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Collaborating with inside sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to create winning proposals
- Negotiating pricing, contracts, and managing account profitability
- Attending industry events and representing our organization at relevant forums
- Executing strategic partnerships for growth and expansion
- Developing and implementing account mining and farming strategies post-deal
Essential Skills:
- Proven track record of exceeding 4 crore annual sales
- Deep domain expertise in BFSI, FinTech, and digital financial services
- Strong proposal, pricing, and negotiation capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
- Understanding of QA processes and IT services landscape

- Self-starter with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Result-oriented and meticulous
- Excellent client-facing communication and storytelling skills
