Strategic Customer Partnership Manager

Description:

The Strategic Customer Partnership Manager is responsible for developing and expanding existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong partnerships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Base Expansion: leveraging counseling sales representatives to maintain and expand the customer base
  • Partnership Development: building and maintaining relationships with key customers to identify new opportunities
  • Account Acquisition: securing new clients through strategic planning and execution
  • Relationship Management: executing plans for key customers and creating monthly and quarterly sales and service plans for assigned accounts
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: possessing a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Direct/corporate sales
  • Strong Negotiation Skills: effective negotiation with OEM partners including HPE, Dell, and Cisco
  • Experience in SMB & Large Enterprise Accounts: handling Server/Storage/Networking solutions
  • Passion and Determination: driven to achieve sales numbers
