
Business Partnership Manager

This role is for an energetic and driven business professional responsible for managing local partnerships with multi-brand workshops, focusing on client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales growth through frequent local travel.
Key Responsibilities- New Partnerships: Identify and engage with multi-brand workshops to create new business opportunities and close deals with corporate clients, thereby driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with existing and potential workshop partners, and effectively manage existing accounts to ensure continued growth.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales objectives by actively contributing to revenue growth, while also providing valuable insights and feedback to the product team.
- Market Expansion: Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends, competition, and partner needs, and leverage this information to expand market share and drive business results.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and share valuable partner feedback with the product team to continuously enhance offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Sales, Order Execution, and Product teams for effective business outcomes and seamless communication.
- Reporting: Report on sales performance and forecasts to inform strategic business decisions.
- Experience: 0-2 years in B2B sales, business development, or similar roles (automotive industry preferred), with a proven track record of success.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Mandatory: Must have a two-wheeler for local travel and be able to navigate complex territories.
