Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic leader to drive B2B partnerships for our innovative platform guiding young minds towards fulfilling careers. You will develop and execute strategic partnerships with complementary businesses and organizations, expanding our reach and impact in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with B2B organizations relevant to the education sector (e.g., technology companies, educational institutions, NGOs).
- Develop and negotiate partnership agreements that align with our business goals and partner interests.
- Manage and nurture existing partner relationships, ensuring successful collaboration and value creation.
- Oversee the implementation and execution of joint initiatives with partners, maximising their impact and return on investment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities to drive business growth.
- Develop and present compelling proposals to potential partners, demonstrating the value proposition of our platform.
- Analyse partnership performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent us at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and establishing new Edtech Industry sales with channel sales is mandatory.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships that deliver tangible results.
- Strong understanding of the education sector and its key players.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Experience working in the EdTech industry.
- Knowledge of relevant partnership models and best practices.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- International experience is a plus.
