Business Development Lead for Construction Sector

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at Desai Homes in India.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and execution, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results-oriented solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have a strong background in business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in driving business growth.
In terms of education, a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role is necessary, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
A competitive salary is offered for this position, estimated to be around ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
