Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution of our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all phases of the project are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.\
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment and address any discrepancies.\
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.\
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress and site conditions timely.\
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.\
  • Resolve any site-related issues or conflicts promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.\
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including blueprints, permits, and other essential records.\
  • Oversee site safety measures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.\
  • Estimate: ₹ 8-12 lakhs per annum (approximately $10,000-$15,000 USD), depending on experience.\
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.\
  • 3+ years of experience in construction management or similar role.\
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.\
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.\
  • Effective communication and team management skills.\
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.\
  • Prior experience working with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software is an advantage.\
  • Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations.\
  • Ability to lead a team and make strategic decisions.\
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.\
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Primavera P6, etc.\
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills.\
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.\
  • Good understanding of local market trends and industry developments.\
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.\
  • Experience with contract administration and dispute resolution.\
  • Knowledge of sustainability principles and green building practices.\
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.\
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.\
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.\
  • Familiarity with health and safety protocols and procedures.\
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements.\
  • Prior experience working with construction equipment and machinery.\
