Job Description

  • Sales Enablement: Identify potential sales leads and maximize customer potential in designated regions. Develop long-term relationships with customers by managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Presentation and Negotiation: Persuade clients that our product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery. Negotiate contract agreement terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
  • Customer Engagement: Meet existing and potential customers, financiers on regular basis to finalize our Komatsu and LTCEL Products as per our SOPS. Guide dealer Sales Engineers for finalization and Product support.
  • Performance Reporting: Capture machine performance report and customer testimonials regularly. Make concerted efforts to achieve the budgeted equipment sales numbers every quarter.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Identify key customers in the area and ensure all necessary activities - sales, service, parts, training - are completed to nurture and strengthen the relationship.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: B. Tech/AMIE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3-10 years of relevant experience in selling construction equipments like excavators, compactors, loaders etc.
  • Skills and Experience: Strong technical knowledge of our products; ability to maintain long-lasting relationships with all stakeholders; effective communication-Written & Verbal (English, Hindi, Regional Language); confident, outgoing, attention to detail, perseverance, and endurance; effective negotiation skills; teamworking and organizational skills.
