Owen Mitten Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, prospecting, and scheduling meetings with international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Build and manage relationships with our target client segments.
- Systematically follow up with each prospect to ensure timely responses and closure.
- Collaborate with the sales closure team to improve performance, control, and maintenance of leads.
- Maintain a high level of resilience and adaptability in the face of rejection.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience with high-volume prospecting and outreach.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident and assertive self-starter with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced virtual environment and manage multiple projects.
