Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will also develop job descriptions and specifications tailored to the company's needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution of queries and grievances
  • Develop job descriptions and specifications that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain accurate employee records and handle statutory compliances
  • Implement performance appraisal systems to support employee growth and development
  • Provide coaching and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR roles, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, payroll management, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: Rupees 8-12 lakhs per annum (dependent on experience)
