About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Noida, India. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in establishing our GLI India office and driving business growth through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Partner with department leaders to determine recruitment needs and staffing objectives.
  2. Develop and implement recruitment programs to attract, identify, and source qualified candidates.
  3. Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company culture.
  4. Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
  5. Ensure successful implementation of key HR programs and initiatives that support the company culture.
  6. Recommend improvements to HR policies, training programs, and wellness initiatives.
  7. Provide HR administrative support, including payroll administration.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in recruiting, employee relations, and HR projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and Word.
  • Prior HR system experience is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English and Hindi (Tamil is a plus).
