Human Resources Business Partner Opportunity
Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is a leading gaming services company seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Noida, India.
As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in establishing our GLI India office and driving business growth through strategic HR initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with department leaders to determine recruitment needs and staffing objectives.
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment programs to attract top talent.
- Onboarding new hires and ensuring a seamless transition into our organization.
- Providing guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Ensuring compliance with regional and federal HR regulations.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of five years of experience in a similar position is required, including prior experience with recruiting, employee relations, and HR projects.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and Word.
- Prior HR system experience.
- Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English and Hindi sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
