Human Resources Business Partner - Noida, India Position

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is a leading gaming services company, and we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Noida, India.

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a critical role in establishing our GLI India office in Noida by recruiting high-performing candidates, onboarding new employees, and creating an engaging culture that fosters employee growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Department leaders to determine recruitment needs and staffing objectives.
  • Develop recruitment programs to attract, identify, and source qualified candidates.
  • Onboard new hires to ensure a smooth transition and engagement with GLI and our culture.
  • Help management proactively identify and resolve issues in employee relations, coaching managers on performance management as needed.
  • Ensure successful implementation of key HR programs and launch new HR initiatives that support the culture for the location.
  • Recommend improvements to HR policies, training programs, wellness programs, and other initiatives.
  • Provide guidance, support, and consultation to both leadership and employees.
  • Ensure all HR administrative tasks are complete and compliant with regional and federal requirements, including payroll administration.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar position, including prior experience with recruiting, employee relations, and working on HR projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and Word, are required.
  • Prior HR system experience is required.
  • Must have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English and Hindi sufficiently to perform the duties of this position; ability to speak, read, and write Tamil is a plus.
  • Must have demonstrated professionalism, including while working under pressure.
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
  • Must be able to travel approximately 10% to visit other GLI offices, including our office in Pondicherry.
