Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps and develop plans to address them.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance management and succession planning to ensure continuity and growth.
- Manage talent recruitment and employee engagement initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
Departments and ResponsibilitiesThe Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the following departments: Aero Commercial, Non-Aero Commercial, CPD, Cargo, and Aerospace & Support. This role will work closely with department heads to understand their talent needs and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent management and HR leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and talent management strategies.
