Job PurposeThe GMR Group seeks a skilled Human Resources Manager to lead talent management initiatives and serve as the HR Business Partner for designated departments. This role will oversee end-to-end talent management activities, including Performance Management, Learning & Development, Succession Planning, Talent Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and Interventions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR plans to drive business growth and employee development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps and develop plans to address them.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct performance management and succession planning to ensure continuity and growth.
  • Manage talent recruitment and employee engagement initiatives to attract and retain top talent.


Departments and ResponsibilitiesThe Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the following departments: Aero Commercial, Non-Aero Commercial, CPD, Cargo, and Aerospace & Support. This role will work closely with department heads to understand their talent needs and develop strategies to address them.
