Human Resources Manager

The Human Resource Generalist will be stationed with one of our clients as a HR resource managing the entire HR roles and responsibilities. Key deliveries will include managing the recruitment process, campus relations, employee engagement programs, and HR automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, coordinating, and interviewing for various roles.
- Managing campus relations, interactions, interviews, and intern programs.
- Running employee engagement programs, such as celebrating, educating on policies, and team outings.
- Delivering standard trainings, including induction, code of conduct, and other modules identified.
- Managing employee database related activities and HR automation.
- Ensuring tracking of employee discipline and adherence to policies.
- Ensuring HR services deliver set objectives to ensure continued renewal of contract.
- Managing administration and tasks required by the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Education: MBA Human Resources or PGDBM Human Resources
- Experience: Corporate HR experience 3-9 years in the Services sector as a HR Generalist
Desirable Skills
- Exposure to Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Training, HR Operations, and Administration
The client operates from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, and is based in Connaught Place, New Delhi. No hybrid or work-from-home option is available for this role currently. Additional hours and work on Saturdays may be required occasionally.
