Job Summary
R3 Consultant is seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks associated with human resources management, including recruitment and selection, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, policy development and implementation, compensation and benefits administration, and employee training and development.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Experience in recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, policy development and implementation, compensation and benefits administration, and employee training and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Proficient in HR software and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR) is a plus
