Job Purpose As a key member of the GMR Group team, the Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing EPC-based site HR policies in consultation with management. This role will also involve coordinating human resources activities across the entire employee life cycle, ensuring seamless integration with the organization's overall strategy.

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Providing HR support to management and employees
  • Analyzing HR metrics and providing insights to inform business decisions
Key Accountabilities

The Senior Human Resources Manager will be accountable for:

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Developing and maintaining positive employee relations
  • Providing strategic HR guidance to management
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement
