We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to oversee the recruitment, employee relations, and performance management of our dynamic tour and travel company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring a smooth onboarding and development process for our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Staffing: Manage hiring processes for roles like tour guides, customer service, and administrative staff, including conducting interviews, creating job descriptions, and coordinating new hire orientations.
  • Employee Onboarding: Conduct thorough new employee orientation sessions, integrating them into the company culture, and ensuring a seamless transition into their new roles.
  • Performance Management: Oversee employee evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and develop performance improvement plans to enhance employee growth and productivity.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and maintain open communication channels to foster a positive work environment.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, design and deliver skill-building programs, and coordinate with external vendors to ensure employees have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, staying up-to-date on regulatory changes and implementing best practices to minimize risk.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or customer service industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as proficiency in HR software and knowledge of labor laws and best practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and growing company.
