Corporate Relations Manager

Job Overview:

  • We source and connect skilled professionals with organizations seeking IT and non-IT manpower resources through flexible staffing models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Interact and meet with prospective clients to understand their manpower needs.
  • Profile Sharing: Screen relevant profiles for clients and collect feedback.

Training Initiatives:

  • Interview Preparation: Conduct training sessions to prepare candidates for interviews.
  • Candidate Orientation: Organize orientation programs to familiarize candidates with organizational culture.
  • Resume Enhancement: Assist candidates in building professional resumes.
  • MIS Reporting: Provide management information reports to stakeholders.

Placement Opportunities:

  • We have successfully placed candidates in over 100 corporates, including IT and non-IT companies, mid-level enterprises, start-ups, DQ firms, and MNCs.

Event Coordination:

  • On-Campus & Off-Campus Drives: Organize campus and off-campus recruitment drives to connect students with employers.
  • Job Fairs: Host job fairs to provide a platform for students to interact with potential employers.
  • Alumni Meets: Facilitate connections between alumni and current students through organized meets.
  • Recruiter Meet: Arrange meetings between recruiters and students.
  • Industry Expo: Participate in industry expos to showcase services.

Feedback Mechanism:
