
Staffing Contract Manager

A senior business development professional sought to spearhead contract staffing and permanent hiring initiatives across India.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong network in Noida/Delhi-NCR, with documented success in closing B2B deals. Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven decision-making is essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to acquire new contracts.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including CHRO/TA Heads/Procurement executives.
- Creating compelling proposals that align pricing with margin goals.
- Negotiating MSAs/SOWs with mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B staffing/placement deals in India.
- Documented quota attainment and proven ability to close MSAs/SOWs.
- Strong understanding of margins/mark-ups, billing models, and typical TA KPIs.
- Excellent communication and executive presence skills.
Successful candidates will be able to navigate complex procurement processes, manage vendor onboarding, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Quota attainment.
- Win-rate.
- Fill-rate, TAT, quality of hire, and collection cycles.
