Job Title

A senior business development professional sought to spearhead contract staffing and permanent hiring initiatives across India.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong network in Noida/Delhi-NCR, with documented success in closing B2B deals. Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven decision-making is essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to acquire new contracts.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including CHRO/TA Heads/Procurement executives.
  • Creating compelling proposals that align pricing with margin goals.
  • Negotiating MSAs/SOWs with mid-market and enterprise accounts.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B staffing/placement deals in India.
  • Documented quota attainment and proven ability to close MSAs/SOWs.
  • Strong understanding of margins/mark-ups, billing models, and typical TA KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence skills.

Successful candidates will be able to navigate complex procurement processes, manage vendor onboarding, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Quota attainment.
  • Win-rate.
  • Fill-rate, TAT, quality of hire, and collection cycles.
