**Business Development Manager - US Staffing**
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client acquisition and growth initiatives in the high-potential US staffing market.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven business development experience in the US staffing industry, with a consistent track record of achieving/exceeding revenue and client acquisition targets.
Key responsibilities include defining and executing business development strategies, developing sector-specific growth plans, providing accurate revenue forecasts and market intelligence to leadership, identifying and securing partnerships with enterprise clients and strategic accounts, building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives, and leading negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service level agreements.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong understanding of US staffing ecosystem, MSP/VMS partnerships, and compliance frameworks.
- Established network of senior decision-makers within the staffing/recruitment ecosystem.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and business reporting.
