
US IT Staffing Business Development Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our business development efforts in the US IT Contingent Staffing landscape.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong network of industry contacts, a proven ability to generate new business opportunities, and a strategic mindset. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new client relationships, developing partnerships, and contributing to the overall growth of our staffing division.
Main Responsibilities:- Identify target markets and develop effective business strategies within mid-sized to large enterprises in the US.
- Generate leads through targeted campaigns, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as Hiring Managers, Procurement Managers, and HR executives.
- Understand client requirements and work closely with the recruitment team to deliver high-quality IT contingent resources.
- Negotiate contracts to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report progress to leadership.
- Collaborate with the delivery/recruiting team to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the US IT Staffing industry (Contingent Staffing focus).
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- A robust network of clients, prospects, and industry contacts in the US.
- Deep understanding of the US staffing and hiring lifecycle, VMS/MSP processes, and vendor engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a strategic approach.
