Global Contract Management Role

This is a seasoned contract professional position that requires the management of customer contracts globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate IT contracts with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and alliance partners worldwide.
  • Manage Master Services Agreements, SOWs, Partner Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Rainmaker Agreements, and other customer-facing contracts.
  • Collaborate with procurement, business, and delivery functions to close transactions efficiently.
  • Prepare monthly reports on transactional activity.
  • Provide input and guidance on contract-related matters to minimize contractual, commercial, and operational risks.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in contract negotiation and management.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, commercial principles, and IT outsourcing agreements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation, communication, and team collaboration.

Working Relationships:

  • Internal stakeholders, including procurement, business, and delivery teams.
  • External counsel and advisors.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex contract information and provide strategic recommendations. A strong understanding of global business operations and cultural differences is also essential for this role.
