Job Title Client Services Manager - IT Staffing Location Vadodara Onsite Employment Type Full-time Position Overview Navitas Partners LLC is looking for Client Services Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our IT clients In this role you will ensure client satisfaction through responsive communication issue resolution and seamless coordination with recruiters and delivery teams The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of IT staffing and thrives in a fast-paced solutions-driven environment Responsibilities Act as the main liaison between IT clients and internal delivery teams Build and maintain trusted relationships through regular check-ins and account reviews Understand client business goals technical environments and talent requirements Partner with recruiters and delivery managers to ensure timely high-quality candidate submissions Proactively address client concerns and resolve service issues Track client satisfaction placement outcomes and account performance Identify opportunities to expand services and grow client accounts Maintain accurate records of client communications contracts and SLAs Qualifications 3 years of experience in client services account management or relationship management preferably within IT staffing consulting Strong knowledge of IT roles technologies and project lifecycles Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced setting Hands-on experience with ATS CRM platforms e g Salesforce Bullhorn and productivity tools Bachelor s degree in Business IT or related field preferred Why Join Us Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with leading IT clients across industries Collaborative growth-oriented work culture Career development pathways and leadership exposure
