We are seeking a highly skilled Professional to drive the success of our outreach initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing high-impact educational programs, workshops, and outreach events.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for education. They will be able to design and deliver engaging programs, ensuring logistics, scheduling, communication, and materials are in place for each event.

Responsibilities include:

  • Program Coordination & Execution:
    • Assist in designing and delivering workshops, certification programs, and outreach events.
    • Ensure logistics, scheduling, communication, and materials are in place for each program.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Liaise with internal departments, faculty members, and external stakeholders (academic institutions, government bodies, corporate partners).
    • Maintain active communication with participants, mentors, and partners.
  • Operations & Reporting:
    • Track project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
    • Maintain databases, generate reports, and ensure documentation and compliance.
  • Content & Communication Support:
    • Assist in preparing outreach material, reports, presentations, newsletters, and updates.
    • Coordinate with design and media teams to ensure branding consistency.
  • Tech Platform Coordination:
    • Collaborate with IT and platform vendors for managing LMS, registration portals, and feedback tools.
    • Troubleshoot tech-related issues during program rollout.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation:
    • Conduct surveys, feedback analysis, and program impact assessments.
    • Recommend improvements based on participant and stakeholder input.
