Onboarding Coordinator
Role Overview:The Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for managing the entire onboarding process for new hires, ensuring timely completion of paperwork and compliance checks.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide candidates with clear information about the onboarding process and keep them engaged throughout.
- Maintain accurate records and report the status of each candidate continuously.
- Escalate any issues promptly to Onboarding Leads.
- Ensure Internal Audit clearance for onboarding cases once the process is complete.
- Degree in a related field (Business, Human Resources, Communication, etc.).
- At least 6 months of work experience in human resources, call centres, or US staffing.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Prior experience that required using English skills for at least 50% of the working day.
- Strong learning aptitude and ability to apply new information immediately.
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume work environments and resolve issues professionally.
- Flexibility to work nights.
- Familiarity with US employment laws and regulations.
- Prior experience in US Staffing.
- Experience with third-party background check companies.
- Experience with computer databases.
