Workday Compensation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Compensation Consultant to lead the design and implementation of compensation solutions.

  • About the Role:

This role involves configuring merit, bonus, and stock compensation plans while ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:

The consultant will collaborate with project teams to drive data-driven compensation strategies, conduct system testing, and provide training to end-users.

  • Requirements:

Experience in Advanced Compensation is a plus and Workday Compensation certification is a must.

  • Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have experience in implementing and maintaining Workday Compensation systems, with at least one full implementation across two phases.

  • Skills:

Strong knowledge of compensation eligibility rules, plans, defaulting, and business processes, with experience in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting solutions.

  • Additional Requirements:

Able to conduct client sessions to gather, analyze, and implement Workday Compensation solutions using best practices.

  • Bonus Skills:

Experience in legacy data conversion, Workday release impact analysis, and resolving complex business scenarios.

  • Desirable Qualities:

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects of varying scale and duration.

  • Languages:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective client engagement and team work.

  • Certification:

Certification in Workday Advanced Compensation is a requirement.

  • Supportive Roles:

Experience supporting Compensation review processes.

  • System Knowledge:

Familiarity with Benefits-related security, passive events, Open Enrollment, and different benefit plan types.

  • Data Analysis:

Able to develop client deliverables, prototypes, and solutions independently.

  • Reporting:

Experience in creating custom reports.

  • Previous Experience:

Prior experience working on large, complex projects with minimal supervision.
