Sales Compensation Analyst

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will report to the Director of Sales Compensation and work closely with various departments. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales commissions, SPIFFs, and other variable incentives.

This role involves administering all aspects of commissions using Xactly or spreadsheets, calculating and validating monthly commission payments based on Sales Compensation plan provisions.

You will also collaborate with Sales Operations and Deal Desk to ensure accurate and timely sales bookings data, meeting critical monthly commission payout deadlines.

Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve calculation or data errors within Xactly, Salesforce, and Workday.

You will work with the Accounting team to support commission accrual processes, including variance analysis between accruals and actual payouts.

Presentation of insights to senior leadership and recommendations to improve plan performance and alignment are also key responsibilities.

You will build clear documentation and conduct training for sales teams on comp plans, KPIs, and payout mechanisms.

Serve as a go-to expert for questions and clarifications.

Perform monthly sales compensation accruals and work closely with the Payroll and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and payouts.
